Final Order Entered: (1) The Stipulation is adopted and approved in its entirety as a complete resolution of all issues in this case. (2) Duke Energy is assessed a civil penalty of $1,000.00. (3) Duke Energy shall pay the amount of $1,000.00 within 30 days of the date of this Order by cashier's check or money order made payable to the Kentucky State Treasurer and to be mailed or delivered to the Public Service Commission, Office of General Counsel, 211 Sower Boulevard, P. 0. Box 615, Frankfort, KY 40602. (4) Upon the payment of $1,000.00 by Duke Energy, this case shall be closed and removed from the Commission's docket without further Order of the Commission

Duke Energy Kentucky Response to Commission's Order dated 06-02-14

Order Entered: Duke Energy shall submit to the Commission, within 20 days of the date of this Order, a written response to the alleged violation set forth in the findings above. 2. Duke Energy shall appear on October 29, 2014, at 10:00 am., Eastern Daylight Time, in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Blvd. in Frankfort, Kentucky, for the purpose of presenting evidence concerning the one alleged violation of 807 KAR 5:027, Section 3, and of showing cause why it should not be subject to the penalties prescribed in KRS 278.992(1) for this alleged violation. 3. The October 29, 2014 hearing shall be recorded by videotape only. 4. The Report in the Appendix is made a part of the record in this case.
