Order Entered: 1. The proposed transfer of ownership and control of River Road sewage facilities to Paintsville Utilities is approved. 2. Within 10 days of completion of the transfer of ownership of the River Road sewage facilities to Paintsville Utilities, River Road and Paintsville Utilities shall notify the Commission in writing that the proposed transfer has occurred. 3. Within 120 days of the date of this Order, River Road shall file with the Commission a financial and statistical report for its operations for the period from January 1, 2013, until the date of transfer of ownership. 4. Any documents filed pursuant to ordering paragraphs 2 and 3 shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the utility's general correspondence file. 5. The Executive Director is delegated authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for the filing of any documents required by this Order upon the showing of good cause for such extension by River Road or Paintsville Utilities.
