Order Entered: The parties’ request for an informal conference is granted. 2. An informal conference shall be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at 1 :30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, at the Commission’s offices at 21 1 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, for the purpose of discussing the issues in this case.

Order Entered: (1) Unless otherwise ordered by Commission, the procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, shall be followed when filing papers in this proceeding. (2) The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be followed in this proceeding. (3) a. Responses to requests shall be filed in accordance with electronic filing procedures set out in 807 KAR 5001, Section 8, and shall be appropriately indexed, bookmarked and include name of witness responding to questions related to information provided, with copies to all parties of record and paper copy to Commission. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person’s knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. c. A party shall make timely amendment to any prior responses if it obtains information which indicates that the response was incorrect when made or, though correct when made, is now incorrect in any material respect. d. For any requests to which a party fails or refuses to furnish all or part of requested information, that party shall provide explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond. (4) Any party filing testimony shall file in accordance with electronic filing procedures.
