Order Entered: Whitley District's request for deviation from 807 KAR 5066, Section 10(2)(a) is granted. 2. Whitley District is permitted to extend the existing 2-inch main that runs along Pleasant Ridge Road in Whitley County, Kentucky an additional 440 linear feet to serve an additional customer. 3. Whitley District shall continue to use 2-inch main that runs along Pleasant Ridge Road in Whitley County, Kentucky only as long as the water main complies with all other sections of 807 KAR 5:066. 4. Whitley District shall monitor the adequacy of the proposed water main and shall take necessary actions to maintain the level of service within the standards set forth in 807 KAR 51066.
