Duke Kentucky is authorized to continue its natural gas hedging plan through September 30, 2012. 3. Duke Kentucky shall continue to file interim and final reports as required by the Commission in its approvals of Duke’s previous hedging programs. 4. Duke Kentucky shall file, at the time it files its next annual hedging report, but in any event, no later than June 1, 2012, for further extension of its natural gas hedging plan.
