Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Sentra are denied. 2. The AA component of $0.1331 per Mcf shall be replaced with the rate of ($0.0299) per Mcf for the quarter beginning August 1, 2026, and shall remain effective until it expires on April 30, 2027. 3. The BA component of $0.1747 per Mcf shall be replaced with the rate of $0.8172 per Mcf for the quarter beginning August 1, 2026, and shall remain effective until it expires on April 30, 2027. 4. Sentra shall account for the AA and BA components that it placed into effect in this proceeding, together with the AA and BA components approved herein, in the calculation of its current quarter BA component for rates effective August 1, 2027, as discussed herein above. 5. Sentra shall submit all invoices it receives along with its monthly usage reports for each month of the reporting period when it files its future GCR rate reports. 6. Should Sentra purchase sustainable natural gas from a renewable source during the reporting period of any future GCR reports, then the supplier, cost, and amount shall be documented in its cover letter to the Commission. 7. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of the proposed GCR. 2. Sentra’s proposed GCR is suspended for one day, up to and including May 1, 2026. 3. Sentra’s proposed GCR rates may be placed in effect by Sentra on or after May 2, 2026, pending the final Order in this matter and subject to refund, provided Sentra files written notice to the Commission of its intention to do so as required by KRS 278.190(2). 4. Sentra shall respond to all requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, as provided in those requests.
