Final Order Entered: 1. This case is opened to address certain outstanding petitions for confidential treatment. 2. The petitions for confidential treatment listed in Appendix B to this Order are granted. 3. The granting of these petitions shall not be cited as precedent in other proceedings before the Commission. 4. All movants shall review the petitions to determine if the material for which confidential treatment was requested still warrants confidential treatment. 5. A movant shall inform the Commission in writing, and filed in the original case file, if it determines that the information contained in a petition that is granted by this Order no longer warrants confidential treatment. 6. The Commission shall make available for inspection, upon request, any materials that a movant determines no longer warrants confidential treatment. 7. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. Atmos's August 31 , 2015 petition for confidential protection is granted. 2. The designated materials shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period, or until further Orders of this Commission. 3. Use of the designated materials in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Atmos shall inform the Commission if the designated materials become publicly available or no longer qualify for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect the designated materials and the period during which the materials have been granted confidential treatment has not expired, Atmos shall have 30 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the materials still fall within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If Atmos is unable to make such demonstration, the designated materials shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection. 6. The Commission shall not make the designated materials available for inspection for 30 days following an Order finding that the materials no longer qualify for confidential treatment in order to allow Atmos to seek a remedy afforded by law.

The designated information contained in the PBR 2017 Annual Report shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection until further Order of this Commission. 3. Order Entered: 1. Atmos's petition for confidential protection for designated material contained in the PBR 2017 Annual Report is denied without prejudice. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Atmos shall file a revised version of the PBR 2017 Annual Report for which confidential protection was denied, reflecting as unredacted the information that has been denied confidential treatment. 3. The material for which Atmos's request for confidential treatment has been denied shall neither be placed in the public record nor made available for inspection for 20 days from the date of this Order in order to allow Atmos to seek a remedy afforded by law.

Atmos's proposed PBR tariff revisions are approved as of the date of this Order and shall continue in effect through May 31, 2021. 2. Atmos's PBR mechanism shall be extended for an additional five years through May 31, 2021. 3. Atmos's report on the results of the current PBR mechanism is accepted. 4. Atmos shall file annual reports of its activity under the extended PBR including the same information as contained in the report filed in this proceeding. These reports shall be filed by August 31 of each calendar year, commencing in 2016. 5. Within 90 days of the end of the fourth year of the five-year extension, Atmos shall file an evaluation report on the results of the PBR for the first four years of the extension period, and the Commission shall review same for purposes of determining whether the PBR should be continued, modified, or terminated. 6. Atmos shall, within 20 days of the date of this Order, file its revised tariff sheets setting out the revisions to its PBR tariff approved herein, and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
