Final Order Entered: (1) The presentations of the Workshop to be held on December 11, 2014, in Liberty, Kentucky; on January 8, 2015, in Princeton, Kentucky; and on January 14, 2015, in Morehead, Kentucky, are accredited and approved for a maximum of six credit hours of water district management training for each presentation. (2) KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. (3) No later than 30 days after each presentation of the Workshop, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed: b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; and d. A copy of any written material given to water commissioners attending the presentations.
