Final Order Entered: (1) KRWA's Oldham County Water District Training to be held on November 5 and 6, 2014, at Oldham County Parks and Recreation in LaGrange, Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of 13 credit hours of water district management training. (2) KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved training. (3) No later than December 8, 2014, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed: b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; and d. A copy of any written material given to water commissioners attending the presentations.
