Order Entered: KRWA must submit the date and location of each program, as well as other information set forth in 807 KAR 5:070, for the Commission to consider accrediting and approving the program. 2. The Utility Leadership Institute programs sponsored by KRWA and held on September 9, 2014, in Somerset, Kentucky; on September 11, 2014, in Morehead, Kentucky; on September 23, 2014, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and on September 25, 2014, in Gilbertsville, Kentucky, are accredited and approved for a maximum of six credit hours of water district management training for each of the four scheduled sessions. 3. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 4. No later than 30 days after each of the four presentations, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed, including the date and location of the instruction: b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; and c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended.
