Order Entered: KRWA's instruction conducted at its regional meeting on January 14, 2014, (WT 2014-004) in Morehead, Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of 2.0 credit hours of water district management training. 2. KRWA's instruction conducted at its regional meeting on January 16, 2014, (WT 2014-005) in Owensboro, Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of 2.0 credit hours of water district management training. 3. KRWA's instruction conducted at its regional meeting on January 23, 2014, (WT 2014-006) in Draffenville, Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of 2.0 credit hours of water district management training. 4. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 5. No later than February 23, 2014, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; and c. The name of each water district commissioner who attended, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended.
