Order Entered: 1. KRWA’s instruction at its regional meeting on October 15, 2013, in Morehead, Kentucky, (WT 201 3-020) is accredited and approved for a maximum of 2.0 credit hours of water district management training. 2. KRWA’s instruction at its regional meeting on October 17, 2013, in Owensboro, Kentucky, (WI 2013-021) is accredited and approved for a maximum of 2.0 credit hours of water district management training. 3. KRWA’s instruction at its regional meeting on October 24, 2013, in Draffenville, Kentucky, (WI 2013-022) is accredited and approved for a maximum of 2.0 credit hours of water district management training. 4. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentation. 5. Within 30 days of the date of this Order, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA’s application; and c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended. By the Commission
