Order Entered: 1. The rate in the Appendix to this Order is just, fair, and reasonable, and is approved for service rendered on and after October 5, 2013. 2. In every future GCA application, Citipower shall file its Schedule I, Gas Cost Recovery Rate Summary sheet. 3. Within 20 days of the date of Order, Citipower shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, its revised tariffs setting out the rates authorized herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
