Applicants’ “Kentucky/Tennessee Water Professional Conference” (WT 2013-012)’ which will be held July 14-17, 2013 in Louisville, Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of 12.0 credit hours of water district management training, 2. Applicants shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentation. 3. No later than August 19, 2013, Applicants shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after Applicants’ application; and c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended.
