Order Entered: 1. The motion of the Attorney General to intervene is granted. 2. The Attorney General shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3. The Attorney General shall comply with all provisions of the Commission's regulation, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 7, related to the service and filing of documents. 4. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 3. Any motion to intervene filed after November 30, 2016, shall show a basis for intervention and good cause for being untimely. If the untimely motion is granted, the movant shall accept and abide by the existing procedural schedule. 4. Motions for extensions of time with respect to the schedule herein shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause. 5. Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Commission from entering further Orders in this matter.
