EKPC shall pay the amount of $2,500.00 within 30 days of the date of this Order by cashier's check or money order made payable to the Kentucky State Treasurer and mailed to be delivered to the Office of General Counsel, Public Service Commission, 211 Sower Boulevard, P. 0 . EKPC shall submit to the Commission, within 20 days of the date of this Order, a written response to the violation of KRS 278.020(2) as set forth in the Commission's July 6, 2015 Order in Case No. 2013-00291 and in the findings above. 2. EKPC shall appear on October 27, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Blvd., in Frankfort, Kentucky, for the purpose of presenting evidence concerning the violation of KRS 278.020(2) , and showing cause why it should not be subject to the penalties prescribed in KRS 278.990 for the violation. 3. The October 27, 2015 Hearing shall be recorded by videotape only. 4. Any requests for an informal conference with Commission Staff shall be set forth in writing and filed with the Commission within 20 days of the date of this Order.
