Final Order Entered: 1. This case is opened to address certain outstanding petitions for confidential treatment. 2. The petitions for confidential treatment listed in Appendix B to this Order are granted. 3. Order Entered: The August 19, 2015 Order is amended to the limited extent that it includes the following ordering paragraph: Any comments with respect to the Staff Report shall be filed with the Commission on or before September 15, 2015. 2. All other provisions of the August 19, 2015 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Order Entered: (1)The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed in this proceeding. (2) a. Responses to requests for information shall be appropriately bound, tabbed and indexed and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided, with copies to all parties of record and ten copies to the Commission. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or be accompanied by a signed certification that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. c. Duke Kentucky shall make timely amendment to any prior response if it obtains information which indicates that the response was incorrect when made or, though correct when made, is now incorrect in any material respect. d. For any request to which Duke Kentucky fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, it shall provide a written explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond. (3) Motions for extensions of time with respect to the schedule herein shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause. (4) A person who submits a motion to intervene after August 29, 2014, and upon a showing of good cause is granted leave to intervene, shall accept and abide by the existing procedural schedule .
