Order Entered: 1. A public hearing shall be held on March 9, 2012 at 1O:OO a.m., at the Commission’s offices to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Cumberland Valley from May 1, 201 1 through October 31, 2011. 2. Cumberland Valley shall file with the Commission, no later than 21 days from the date of this Order, an affidavit attesting to its compliance or noncompliance with the requirements of 807 KAR 5:056. 3. All documents that Cumberland Valley filed with the Commission during the period under review are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 4. Cumberland Valley shall publish the following notice no less than seven days or more than 21 days prior to the public hearing. Cumberland Valley shall also file an Affidavit of Publication of Hearing Notice no later than March 6, 2012. A public hearing will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012, at 1O:OO a.m., at the Kentucky PSC, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Cumberland Valley Electric, Inc. for the period May 1, 2011- October 31 ,2011. Individuals interested in attending shall notify the PSC in writing no later than March 6, 2012. If no notices are received by that date, this hearing will be cancelled and the matter shall be considered submitted for decision based on the evidence in the record.
