Order Entered: 1. The findings and recommendations contained in Commission Staffs report are adopted and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein. 2. A monthly rate of $57.38 is approved for sewer service that River Road Disposal renders on and after the date of this Order. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, River Road Disposal shall file a revised tariff sheet with the Commission setting forth the rate approved in this Order. 4. The informal conference and hearing scheduled in this matter are cancelled. 5. This matter is closed and shall be removed from the Commission’s docket.

Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is established to review the reasonableness of River Road Disposal’s proposed rates.‘ 2. No later than February 1, 2012, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission a written report containing its findings and recommendations. 3. The parties shall file with the Commission their written comments no later than February 15, 2012, 4. A party’s failure to file written objections by February 15, 2012, shall be deemed as agreement. 5. No later than February 15, 2012, each party shall notify the Commission in writing whether this matter may be submitted for decision based upon the existing record. 6. Unless all parties request that this matter be submitted for decision upon the existing record, an informal conference shall be held in this matter on March 6, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. 7. Unless all parties request that this matter be submitted for decision upon the existing record, a formal hearing in this matter shall be held in the Commission’s offices. 8. Each party shall file with the Commission, no later than March 12, 2012, a list of the persons it intends to call as witnesses. 9. River Road Disposal shall publish notice of the scheduled hearing no more than 21 days and no less than seven days before the day of the hearing. 10 .The record on the formal hearing in this matter shall be by videotape. 11. Commission Staff shall make a written exhibit list and shall file this list with the Commission.
