Final Order Entered: (1) The rates in the Appendix to this Order, attached hereto and incorporated herein, are approved for final meter readings on and after November 1, 2011. (2) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Equitable shall file its revised tariff sheets with the Commission setting out the rates authorized herein, reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
