Order Entered: (1) The Appendices to the Commission’s Orders of September 7, 2011, and May 24, 2011, in Case Nos. 2011-00288 and 2011-00120, respectively, are amended to reflect that the volumetric parameters for Rate T-4 are 301-15,000 Mcf and Over 15,000 Mcf. (2) The revised tariff sheets filed by Atmos with its motion are approved. (3) All other provisions of the aforementioned Orders shall remain in full force.

Order Entered: 1. The PRP rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered by Atmos on and after October 1, 201 1. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Atmos shall file its revised tariff sheets with this Commission, setting out the PRP Rider rates authorized herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order
