Order Entered: (1) The findings and recommendations contained in the Staff Report are adopted and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein. (2) Valley's proposed base rates re denied. (3) The base rates recommended in the Staff Report are approved for service rendered by Valley on and after the date of this Order. (4) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Valley shall file its revised tariffs.

Order Entered: (1) All parties shall have 14 days from the date of this Order to file with the Commission written comments on the findings and recommendations contained in the Staff Report and to request a hearing or an informal conference. (2) A party's failure to file with the Commission written objections within 14 days of the date of this Order shall be deemed as agreement and a waiver of any right to object. (3) Any party that requests a hearing shall specifically identify in its written request all objections to the finding and recommendations and shall provide a brief summary of testimony that it expects to present at hearing. (4) If the Commission does not receive any written request for hearing or informal conference within 14 days of the date of this Order, this case shall stand submitted to the Commission for decision based upon the existing record.
