MSD took my fence down 7 months ago & have not put back yet. MSD put up temporary fence but my dogs keep getting out so I have to put them in garage which is very hot.I have made several calls to MSD to no avail. MSD hasnt needed access in my backyard for several months so I see no reason why my fence can not be put back up. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me in this matter.
