I encourage the KYPSC to deny KAWC's request for an increase for 2013 and for annual adjustments.  KAWC has increased rates excessively in recent years. I do not believe the residents of Fayette County should subsidize KAWC's capital improvements, especially for expansion of services in other counties.  I don't think KAWC has been a responsible corporate citizen.  I do not appreciate the ways that they have supported candidates for local elections, raising the amount needed to run for office. I have found their ads and communications with customers to be misleading. Thank you very much.
