Central City’s petition for confidential treatment for non-commissioner compensation and insurance information is granted. 3. Central City’s petition for confidential treatment for commissioner compensation information is denied. 4. The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period or until further order of this Commission. 5. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 6. Central City shall inform the Commission if the designated material granted confidential treatment becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment.

Final Order Entered: 1 . The wholesale rate proposed by Central City is approved for services rendered by Central City on and after the date of this Order. 2. The parties' Settlement Agreement and Stipulations is approved, except that the proposed wholesale rate shall only be placed in effect on and after the date of this Order. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Central City shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, a revised tariff noting the rates approved in this Order. 4. The motion to hold the procedural schedule in abeyance during the pendency of the Joint Motion is hereby granted and those portions of the orders in this matter establishing the remainder of the procedural schedule are vacated due to the settlement. 5. This matter is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. Central City's request to convert this matter to an electronic case is hereby granted. 2. Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of Central City's proposed wholesale rate increase to Muhlenberg District and Muhlenberg District #3. 2. Central City's proposed wholesale rate is suspended for five months from July 31, 2019, up to and including December 30, 2019. 3. Muhlenberg District and Muhlenberg District #3 are made parties to this case. 4. Within ten days of the date of this Order, Central City shall state its position on the use of electronic filing procedures and whether it has any objection to their use in this proceeding. 5. Central City shall file responses to the information request set forth in Appendix A no later than August 14, 2019. 6. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix B to this Order shall be followed. 7. a. Responses to requests for information shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided, with copies to all parties of record, and the original and ten copies to the Commission.
