Order Entered: 1. This case is held in abeyance for 30 days from the date of this Order during which time Ms. Sperry can either obtain new counsel or indicate that she intends to represent herself pro se in this complaint proceeding. 2. Order Entered: 1. The motion of the Attorney General to intervene is granted. 2. The Attorney General shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3.
