Order Entered: 1. Kentucky Power's petition for confidential protection for Attachments 2, 3, and 4 to Response 4, and Attachment 1 to Response 21, is granted. 2. Attachments 2, 3, and 4 to Response 4 shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection until five years from the date of this Order, or until further Orders of this Commission. 3. Attachment 1 to Response 21 shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection until further Orders of this Commission. 4. Use of the material in question in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 5. Kentucky Power shall inform the Commission if the material in question becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment. 6. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect the material granted confidential treatment by this Order and the period during which the material has been granted confidential treatment has not expired, then Kentucky Power shall have 20 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the material still falls within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If Kentucky Power is unable to make such demonstration, the requested material shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection.

Order Entered: 1 . Kentucky Power Company ("Kentucky Power") shall appear in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, on April 18, 2018, at 9:00a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, to submit itself to examination on the application of its Fuel Adjustment Clause ("FAC") from May 1, 2017, through October 31, 2017. Neither opening statements nor summaries of pre-filed testimony will be permitted. 2. Not less than 7 days and no more than 21 days prior to the scheduled hearing, Kentucky Power shall publish, in a newspaper of general circulation in each area in which it serves, notice of the purpose, time, place, and date of the scheduled hearing. In addition, the notice of hearing shall include the following statement: ''This hearing will be streamed live and may be viewed on the PSC website, psc.ky.gov." 3. Kentucky Power shall file with the Commission no later than April 13, 2018, proof of publication of its notice for the hearing. 4. The official record of the proceeding shall be by digital video recording only. 5. a. The information requested in the Appendix to this Order is due no later than 14 days from the date of entry of this Order. Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed. Responses shall include name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided, an original in paper medium and an electronic version to the Commission.
