Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Sentra are denied. 2. The rates and charges found reasonable herein and set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered by Sentra on and after the date of this Order. 3. Sentra shall revise its tariff sheet to reflect the current language required by KRS 278.460 as described herein. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Sentra shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filling System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.

Order Entered: 1. Sentra's Petition for confidential protection for designated material, which was filed as required by Section 16(c) of the filing requirements, is granted. 2. The designated material set forth in Section 16(c) of Sentra's application, shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period. 3. Use of the designated material in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Sentra shall inform the Commission if the material in question becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect material granted confidential treatment by this Order and the period during which the material has been granted confidential treatment has not expired, then Sentra shall have 20 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the material still falls within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878(1 )(m)(1 ). If Sentra is unable to make such demonstration, the requested material shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection. 6. The Commission shall not make the requested material available for inspection for 20 days following an Order finding that the material no longer qualifies for confidential treatment in order to allow Sentra to seek a remedy afforded by law.

Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be followed in this proceeding. 2. a. The information requested in Appendix B to this order shall be filed by the date set forth in Appendix A. Order Entered: 1. No later than March 29, 2017, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings and recommendations regarding Sentra's requested rate adjustment. 2. No later than April 14, 2017, or 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, whichever occurs earlier, each party of record shall file with the Commission: a. Its written comments on and any objections to the findings and recommendations contained in the Commission Staff Report; b. Any additional evidence for the Commission to consider. c. Written notice as to whether this matter may be submitted for a decision based upon the existing record without a hearing. 3. If Commission Staff finds that Sentra's financial condition supports a higher rate than Sentra proposes or the assessment of an additional rate or charge not proposed in Sentra's Application, Sentra, in its responses to the Commission Staff Report, shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should authorize the assessment of the higher rate or recommend an additional rate or charge. 4. If Commission Staff recommends changes in the manner in which Sentra accounts for the depreciation of Sentra's assets, Sentra, in its response to the Commission Staff Report, shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should require Sentra to implement the proposed change for accounting purposes.
