Order Entered: 1. AT&T/Uniti’s motion for confidential treatment is granted. 2. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. AT&T/Uniti shall inform the Commission if the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment.

Final Order Entered: 1. The Joint Applicants are granted a CPCN to construct a wireless telecommunications facility. The proposed facility consists of a tower not to exceed 267 feet in height, with attached antennas, to be located at 635 Ramey Road, Sharpsburg, Bath County, Kentucky (E-911) / 695 Ramey Road, Sharpsburg, Bath County, Kentucky. The coordinates for the proposed facility are North Latitude 38°12'39.34" by West Longitude 83°56'02.64". 2. The Joint Applicants shall immediately notify the Commission in writing if, after the antenna tower is built and utility service is commenced, the tower is not used for three months in the manner authorized by this Order. 3. Documents filed, if any, in the future pursuant to ordering paragraph 2 herein shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the post-case correspondence file. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
