The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for ten years, as opposed to the indefinite period requested, or until further Order of this Commission.

Final Order Entered: 1. The rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for final meter readings on and after February 1, 2021. 2. Within 20 days of the date of the entry of this Order, Atmos shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
