Final Order Entered: 1. Monroe District is authorized to lease five vehicles from Don Franklin in Somerset, Kentucky, for $58,513 (with 5 percent variance not to exceed $61,438.65) in 35 monthly payments between $335 and $346 per vehicle. The lease maturity date and other terms and conditions of the leases shall be in accordance with those described in Monroe District's application. 2. Monroe District is authorized to execute the lease documents for which approval was sought herein. 3. Within ten days of the execution of a new lease authorized herein, Monroe District shall file with the Commission an electronic version of the lease documents, and Monroe District shall file a paper copy of the documents pursuant to the Orders referenced above in Case No. 2020-00085. 4. Any documents filed in the future pursuant to ordering paragraph 3 shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the post-case correspondence file. 5. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed a warranty or finding of value for the debt authorized herein on the part of the Commonwealth of Kentucky or any agency thereof. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
