    Extract data from the Public Service Commission's Master Utility Information System. This is manipulated so that each county has one record listing all the utilities operating in that county.

    Each gas distribution utility (except for municipally owned utilities) must file an annual report with the PSC on line including a list of the counties in which they operate.
