Final Order Entered: 1. The "Sustainable Management of Rural and Small Systems Workshop," which was presented by KWRRI in collaboration with the NESC at West Virginia University and was held at Carter Caves State Resort Park on June 16, 2017, is accredited and approved for a maximum of six credit hours of water district management training. 2. KWRRI shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after the presentation or receiving this Order, KWRRI shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KWRRI's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; d. A copy of any written material given to water district commissioners attending the presentations; and e. Documents indicating whether the Kentucky Bar Association, the Department of Local Government, and the Kentucky Division of Compliance Assistance approved the training for Continuing Legal Education Credit, Elected County Officials Training Incentive Program credit, and Continuing Education for Drinking Water and Waste Water System Operators
