Order Entered: 1 . Central City's petitions for confidential protection for the portion of Central City's response and supplemental response to Item 10 of the Commission Staff's First Request for Information located under the headings "Employee Pd." and "Ins. Coverage" is granted. 2. The designated confidential material contained in the response and supplemental response to Item 10 shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection until further Order of this Commission. 3. Use of the material in question in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Central City shall inform the Commission if the material in question becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect the material granted confidential treatment by this Order and the period during which the material has been granted confidential treatment has not expired, then Central City shall have 20 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the material still falls within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If Central City is unable to make such demonstration, the requested material shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection.

Order Entered: 1. The parties shall use electronic filing procedures in this case in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Any request to deviate from these rules shall be submitted in writing to the Commission for consideration. 2. Unless a party files with the Commission an objection to the use of electronic filing procedures within seven days of the date of this Order, the party shall: a. Be deemed to have consented to the use of electronic filing procedures and the service of all papers, including Orders of the Commission, by electronic means; and b. File with the Commission within seven days of the date of an Order directing the use of electronic filing procedures a written statement that the party, or the party's authorized agent, possesses the facilities to receive electronic transmissions. 3. If a party objects to the use of electronic filing procedures and good cause exists to excuse the party from the use of electronic filing procedures, service of papers on and by it shall be made by mailing a copy by United States mail or other recognized mail carrier to the attorney or party at the last known address. 4. Unless excused from the use of electronic filing procedures, any party filing a paper shall upload an electronic version using the Commission's E-Filing System and shall file the original in paper medium with six copies. 5. Any request for confidential treatment of material submitted shall conform to the requirements of 807 KAR 5:0001, Section 13.

The parties shall use electronic filing procedures in this case in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Order Entered: 1. Central City's proposed rates for wholesale water service are suspended for five months from May 31, 2017, to October 30, 2017. 2. Muhlenberg and Muhlenberg #3 are made parties to this case. 3. Central City shall, by counsel, enter an appearance in this proceeding within ten days of the date of this Order. The entry of appearance shall include the name, address, telephone number, fax number, and electronic mail address of counsel. Further, Central City, with its entry of appearance, shall state its position on the use of electronic filing procedures and whether it has any objection to their use in this proceeding. 4. Requests for intervention shall be filed no later than June 5, 2017. Any party who submits a motion to intervene after June 5, 2017, and upon a showing of good cause is granted full intervention, shall accept and abide by the existing procedural schedule.
