Final Order Entered: 1. Clark Energy's request for a CPCN to purchase and install an AMI system as described in its application is approved. 2. Within 90 days of the issuance of this Order, Clark Energy shall file a summary detailing how it intends to implement the types of programs, such as pre-pay metering, dynamic pricing, direct load control, and any other energy efficiency or demand-side management programs, that Clark Energy would be able to develop and offer to its customers as a result of implementing the new AMI system. Clark Energy shall include in this summary a timeline of when it anticipates it would be able to make those program offerings to its customers.

Within seven days of the date of this Order, Clark Energy shall file revised pages reflecting as unredacted the information that has been denied confidential treatment. 3. Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 2. a. Responses to requests for information shall be appropriately bound, tabbed and indexed, and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided, with copies to all parties of record, and the original and 10 copies to the Commission. b. For any request to which a party fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, that party shall provide a written explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond. e. A party filing a paper containing personal information shall, in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001 , Section 4(10), encrypt or redact the paper so that the personal information cannot be read.
