Final Order Entered: 1. The charges and credits applied by Big Rivers through the FAC for the period November 1, 2012, to October 31 , 2014, are approved. 2. Big Rivers' continued use of the existing base fuel cost of 20.932 mills per kWh is approved. 3. All provisions of the Stipulation, set forth in the Appendix to this Order, are approved. 4. The MISO charges and credits included by Big Rivers in its FAC calculation are approved, subject to the limitation of power purchase recovery to Big Rivers' highest cost generating unit available to be dispatched during the expense month. 5. Big Rivers shall make no change to the MISO charges and credits included in the calculation of its FAC without Commission authorization. 6. Within 20 days of approval of the Stipulation by RUS, Big Rivers shall file with the Commission , using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, its FAC tariff sheets setting out the revisions approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 7. Big Rivers' motion to strike KIUC's Notice of Additional Authority is denied as moot.

Order Entered: KIUC's motion to intervene is granted. 2. KIUC's petition to amend the procedural schedule is granted to the extent that a procedural schedule is established with this Order. 3. The parties shall adhere to the procedural schedule set forth in the appendix to this Order. 4. Order Entered: (1) Big Rivers shall appear in HR 1 on November 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., EST, to submit itself to examination of the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Big Rivers from November 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014. Neither opening statements nor summaries of pre-filed testimony will be permitted. (2) Not less than seven days and no more than 21 days prior to hearing, Big Rivers shall publish notice of the purpose, time, place, and date of the hearing. (3) Big Rivers shall file no later than November 7, 2014 proof of publication of its notice for the hearing. (4) The official record of the proceeding shall be by video only. (5)The information requested in the Appendix is due not later than 14 days from the date of this Order. (6) Any party which wishes to file testimony or requests information from Big Rivers may petition the Commission for a procedural schedule. (7) Any request for intervention must be filed by September 8, 2014. (8) A person who submits a motion to intervene after September 8, 2014, and, upon a showing of good cause, is granted full intervention shall accept and abide by the existing procedural schedule.
